Junior Trader
Job Description：
As a junior trader, you will be trading interest rate futures on the ASX24 and seated near an active and profitable senior trader who will coach and mentor you. We will teach you our proven trading strategies and philosophies to help you become a consistently profitable trader.
Qualities we are looking for:

No professional trading experience is necessary however you must demonstrate a passion for the financial markets and trading

Strong numerical and quantitative skills

Demonstrate strong self-discipline

Ability to make fast decisions under time pressure

Ability to communicate effectively and efficiently

Competitiveness (Involvement in competitive sports will be looked favourably upon but not essential)
