Lesso Commercial is a Sydney based building material trading center. Due to an internal promotion we currently offer opportunities for Customer Service, Receptionist, office administrator, Sales professional to join our high performing team based in Greenacre.
You will be handling sales orders received from customers via phone, fax and email, and all kind queries regarding products and services.  You will also be responsible for processing orders and ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of support and care. You will need assisting other staff as a team member with multi tasks within your working portfolio.
This is role will involve a high level of customer interaction, and as such you will have excellent communication and customer service skills, with demonstrated experience in the use of computers and the ability to problem solve. Attention to detail is essential with strong organizational skills, and Bi-lingual candidates fluent in English & Mandarin is a huge benefit. 岗位职责
1、时刻坚守在前台工作岗位,遵守公司的各项规章制度,做好本职工作,不得随意离开。
2、前台文员负责前台服务热线的接听和电话转接,做好来电咨询工作,重要事项认真记录并传达给相关人员,不遗漏、延误。
3、负责来访客户的接待、基本咨询和引见,严格执行公司的接待服务规范,保持良好的礼节礼貌。
4、负责公司的文件处理工作,打印、复印、传真的收发。
5、负责公司各类信件、包裹、报刊杂志的签收及分送工作。
6、负责公司前台或咨询接待室的卫生清洁及桌椅摆放,并保持整洁干净。
7、接受行政经理工作安排并协助人事文员作好行政部其他工作

任职要求
1、有良好的职业形象和气质,懂得基本的前台接待礼仪;能掌握基本的电话礼仪 和商务礼仪
2、中英文标准流利,语言表达能力强,善于沟通,有亲和力;英文能力需有一定標準 (TO LOCAL CUSTOMERS AND STAFF)
3、熟悉行政、办公室管理相关工作流程,良好的沟通、协调和组织能力;
4、熟练使用办公自动化设备及办公软件;
5、良好的团队合作能力,具有高度的责任心,工作积极主动。
6、澳洲PR 或持有澳洲合法工作许可。
