每天大致工作任务
1. 接Customer电话以及回邮件。
2. 写新产品的描述, 
3. 招呼上门的客人
4. 完成每天的Task

Small E-commerce online retail Company requires Customer Service/Admin Representative position in the Castle Hill Trading Zone. 

This role involves:
– Answering client queries by phone and email
– Actively assist walk-in customer and encourage purchases 
– Settle customer complaints/disputes efficiently
– Process eBay order and manage order shipping.
– Website product description writing 
– Website product uploads and maintenance
– Maintaining an overview of order status and liaising with our courier companies regarding delivery status, returns and redirects
– General ad-hoc administration duties and personal tasks for the Managing Director

The successful applicant will be a highly organized self-starter who is hard working, honest and keen to learn. While training will be provided in internet marketing and ecommerce platform techniques.

The successful applicant will also have:

– Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
– Solid computer skills (email and Microsoft Office)
– Excellent communication skills over phone and in emails
– A helpful patient and friendly attitude and phone manner
– Photoshop skills (preferred but not essential)
– Accouting skiills (preferred but not essential)

Company has been in business for 4 years and is well funded it has an “Internet Start-Up” culture. Accordingly, the applicant should be willing to “wear multiple hats” and not be afraid to “roll up their sleeves” to get the job done.
