B2B Customer Service/Sales
You will be a great communicator who can put your skills to work helping our customers connect with companies right across Australia.
Purely a B2B role, we help IT companies make new connections and uncover sales opportunities. We work with the world’s leading vendors such as HP, IBM, Dell, SAP, Citrix, Sage, Red Hat, VMware and others in areas such as infrastructure, cloud, virtualisation, ERP, security and analytics.
Key Requirements:
- Must be able to speak Chinese/ Mandarin fluently and conversational English
- Have at least 1 year’s sales (or customer service) experience (preferably in a call centre environment but not essential)
- Available to work Monday to Friday 11am to 7pm
- Experience in IT preferred but not essential

What does our ideal candidate look like?

- Previous experience in B2B sales or IT desired but not essential as full training is provided
- Quick learner with the ability to hit the ground running
- Excellent communication & people skills
Ideal previous experience could include customer service, sales, door to door sales, direct sales, F2F, telemarketing, telemarketer, fundraising, fundraiser, appointment setter, appointment setting, telesales, call center, lead generation, lead generator, outbound calling, inbound calling, telco sales, IT Graduate.
Full training will be provided to successful candidates.

Job Duties:
- Collaborate with key stakeholders and teams to stay updated on new products, services, and policies
- Record and modify customer information within the database
- Engage with clients in a friendly and professional manner while actively listening to their concerns
- Offer support and solutions to customers in accordance with the company’s customer service policies
- Other duties as requested
