Main Roles

• Report to Financial Controller
• Date Entry/Processing
• Account receivables and payables assistance
• Issuing invoice and statement
• Assisting with cash flow forecasting, budget preparation and month end processes
• Completion of new business quote
• Maintaining strong relationships with clients

Skills & Experience

• Good understanding of accounting processes
• Experience using MYOB accounting software
• Minimum of 3 years in a similar role
• Tertiary qualification relevant to Accounting
• Strong communication skills (both oral and written), chariness, reliable and hardworking with an attitude to learn.
• Mandarin speaking (desirable)
• Engineering industry experience (desirable)
• Citizen/ Permanent Residents
