Vacancy:  Junior Property Development Officer (Part Time)

We are a medium size investment firm located in Hurstville CBD.  We work in an energetic, busy and harmonized environment. We have an available position for a full time Junior Property Development Officer

Will Suit:

• Draftsmen, Architect or Building related graduates
• Handymen with drafting skills

General Job Scope:

• Drafting architectural plans
• Prepare design schedules & building specifications
• Research planning and design requirements
• Research property market
• Conduct field inspections / Obtain quotes / Coordinator trades
• Project management & some hands on work during construction
• Minor physical work / repairs / improvements on field

Requirements:

• Access to a motor vehicle (preferred)
• Have an Australian Driver’s license
• Lived in Australia for at least 2 years
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and other design software
• Communicational English speaking and writing
• PR visa or above (preferred)
• Building trade background / handy with tools (preferred)

Working Hours

• 3 days per week (Monday – Friday, Possible work on Saturday)
