The Role

Grand Reach provides excellent personalized service in all facets of property development, which is marketing and management of residential real estate. We are looking for someone who is self-motivated, energetic, has a strong focus on customer service to be a part of our driven and enthusiastic team.

Requirements for the role (full-time, part time and casual)

• Recent sales experience preferred
• Clear and fluent communication skills
• Confident in making warm and cold outbound and inbound calls
• Demonstrated capacity to meet goals, targets and KPI’s
• Ability to welcome and be successful with on the job training
• Excellent phone manner and ability to build strong rapport
• A strong work ethic with a strong sense of achievement
• Prompt and accurate data entry and typing skills
