Give you a chance to achieve
$10 million sale performance for 2021
- Company will provide 2 months of training.
- High performances candidate have working opportunities with Basic Salary + Commission
Your duties will include but not be limited to:
- Managing a portfolio of all leasing properties.
- Market and manage a number of apartments on Airbnb for clients.
- Assistant Sales Manager, Leasing Consultant & Other support.
- Liaise with landlords and tenants.
- Adhering to repair and maintenance issues.
- Conducting ingoing and outgoing inspections.
- Carry out regular rent and lease reviews.
- Manage payments to owners, Strata Levis, Sydney Water and Council Rates.
- Prepare claims for bonds & attend CTTT hearings.
- Other office duties as required.
To be successful in this role you will need:
- A Current Certificate of Registration & Driver’s License.
- Previous Property Management Experience.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Able to lead the team and achieve maximum results- strong team player and happy to offer support when needed.
- Attention to details and well organised.
- Able to work under pressure and multi-tasks.
