Qualifications and Specifications

• Fluent in written and oral Madeline and regular English, professional and Well-spoken.
• Immaculate presentation.
• An outgoing, confident and friendly personality.
• Great interpersonal skills.
• Professional telephone manner
• Experienced with MS software (excel, word, outlook).
• Attention to detail.
• Efficient time management skills.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Answering and forwarding phone calls; screening phone calls; referring inquiries.
• Meeting and greeting visitors, referring inquiries, giving instructions.
• Monitor visitor access and maintain security awareness; monitoring logbook.
• Arranging couriers; sorting and distributing post.
• Dealing with the utility bills and client bills.
• Keep the meeting rooms tidy, schedule appointments and meetings.
• Controlling inventory, purchasing and distributing stationary.
• Monitoring and maintaining office equipment and facilities to ensure their regular work.
• Assisting on reference, meetings and activities.
• Liaise with building management to ensure regular operations.
• Liaise with shopping centers for sales teams.
• Assisting HR Manager on recruiting and staffing logistics;
• Assisting HR Manager on the implementation of services, policies, and programs.
• Assisting on orientation, development, and training logistics and recordkeeping.
• Assisting settlement team to prepare settlement spread sheet, to confirm client and broker information, to follow up finance progress of current and upcoming settlement projects.
